Arvi Raquel-Santos

Arvi is an avid snowboarder and wishes to one day retire as a snowboard bum living in a small cottage in Zermatt, Switzerland. But for the time being, Arvi can be found in San Francisco working as a Design Director at Weymouth Design. Arvi has worked with a number of companies from small start-ups to Fortune 500 on projects ranging from corporate identity, annual reports, websites, environmental design to corporate branding.
Arvi co-chairs Sappi’s Ideas that Matter program, the industry’s only grant program aimed at recognizing and supporting designers who generously donate their time and talent to a wide range of charitable activities. Arvi is also the Social Impact Co-Chair for AIGA San Francisco. Through AIGA SF, Arvi co-chaired cause/affect, a bienneial international design competition that celebrates the work of designers and organizations who set out to positively impact our society. Arvi is also a past participant of Project M, an intensive summer program designed to inspire young graphic designers, writers, photographers and other creative people that their work can have a positive and significant impact on the world.
Arvi’s work has been recognized by a number of design shows and publications including: Graphis, AR100, Communication Arts, PRINT, HOW, the BoNE show (Best of New England), Graphic Design USA, The Big Book of Logos, Best of Brochure Design, 1,000 Greetings and Fingerprint 2.
